I had a loveseat custom-made by ReNewal Home Decor since I loved their work but none of the available pieces matched my
needs. Heather was awesome to work with! The first color swatches weren't exactly to my liking and she came back with fabrics that were absolutely spot on. The piece was delivered on time and on
budget and is fantastic quality! I couldn't be happier. We also got a dog cover for the bottom seat cushions which will give the loveseat a longer life and it still looks great even with it on. In
fact, it gives it two different (and equally attractive) looks! I can't recommend Heather and ReNewal Home Decor highly enough. Excellent craftmanship, excellent customer service, and affordable,
too!

Where do I start there are so many GREAT things to say about ReNewal Home Decor I will start with 1st "Customer
Service"... I felt like Heather's only customer (which I know is not the case) but the service she provided was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!!! 2nd is "Attention To Detail", every part of the pieces
I received were specified in my ordering process and 3rd is "Delivery" this company is family owned and operated the delivery was White Glove when the pieces arrived he ensured I was completely
satisfied in the purchases and put the items in place where I wanted them.

"When we saw Heather's pieces on Etsy, we could hardly blink before wanting to buy it! Obviously, we weren't alone because the piece, along with several others we liked, had already sold. After
the initial disappointment, optimism abounded when we realized that a big part of what Renewal Home Décor offers is the opportunity to work with Heather to design our own chair(s), perfectly suited
to our specific tastes.
After reviewing fabric and color options, many of which were expertly suggested by Heather based on conversations with us, we knew we had designed the chairs that would mesh perfectly with our
19th century farmhouse. We eagerly awaited their arrival, which fittingly coincided with Christmas! It was as though we were kids on Christmas Eve again.
In the midst of our excitement, we overlooked (even though Heather meticulously communicated every pertinent detail) the fact that the chairs that were made were simply going to be too small for
the space we intended them for. We LOVED the chairs, but naturally were kicking ourselves! I sheepishly called Heather, admitted my blunder (OK, I blamed it on my wife), but asked about
what options we might have in the way of getting new chairs made/exchanging our chairs, etc…
This is where customer satisfaction turned into all-out admiration! Not only did she graciously take my call on New Year's Eve, she couldn't have been more proactive in coming up with solutions
that worked for everybody! I knew at that moment that for Heather, the thrill of designing an exquisite, one of a kind chair was eclipsed only by her passion to ensure that her creations gave her
customers even greater joy.
As it turns out, the chairs, coupled with Heather's unparalleled graciousness, and our overall experience with Renewal Home Decor, were simply too compelling to even consider parting
with them. As we rang in the New Year, my wife and I pensively and joyfully rearranged furniture until we found the space that they were seemingly destined for all along! In our frenzy, we even
managed to avoid waking up our two sleeping toddlers. I'm now convinced that somehow, two time zones away, Heather had something to do with this minor miracle as well.
In the end, what struck me most about our experience with Renewal Home Décor is that although a chair is essentially little more than a place to sit, for Heather, it was treated as a sacred
invitation; an opportunity to throw an ingredient or two into the recipe that simmers over the years and ultimately becomes our home.
And homes, like recipes I suppose, are most valuable when shared.
So over the years as we joyfully welcome open the doors of our home, I suspect we will be asked on numerous occasions, "where did you get your chairs?" And each time we will fondly recall
how we rang in 2014 and we will count Renewal Home Décor as a most distinguished guest. And that's when a chair becomes much more than a place to sit. "
